Here is what’s what with the Wallingford’s from 2007.
January- We spent two weeks in Pennsylvania with Amy’s family. Amy was in her first semester back to school in ten years. She started taking some pre-reqs at Metro Community College.
February- The first couple of months Jamie was traveling a lot with work. He was gone most of the first three months, being home only on the weekends.
March- Jamie got the final touches on his first tattoo. It turned out fantastic. There are plenty of pictures on www.legobuff.com. Kael started pre-school 2 days a week while Amy was in class.
April- Amy organized a team again this year for the annual “Blow the Whistle on Asthma” walk. Not only did she meet her goal of $1000 but surpassed it by almost $500!
May- Amy ran the Lincoln Half Marathon. It was her first big run. This year Jamie and Amy both signed up for the full. Jamie started a new job at Farm Credit Services of America. With all the travel at the beginning of the year, he knew a change was needed when he came home one weekend and Guy said “I like when you visit us”. Jamie also shaved his head bald for the first time after losing a bet a work. It took a bit to get used to but he’s kept it and now we all like it.
June- Jamie and Amy took part in the Relay for Life in honor of Geoff’s (Jamie’s friend) mom. She is a survivor.
July- We went back out to PA for the Baggerly Family Reunion. Amy volunteered to organize this year’s reunion. When will she learn? Jamie turned 30!
August- Guy graduated from preschool at Apple Tree Orchard and then started Kindergarten. The whole family took part in the Corporate Cycling Challenge. We did the 10 mile loop. Kael turned 2.
September- Amy started at Clarkson College. She has decided to go back for her Bachelor’s (eventually her Master’s) in Nursing. Amy & Jamie went to Amy’s first Husker game. Wow! Guy turned 5.
October- Jamie and Amy ran the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. We both know a number of survivors.
November- We went out to Tennessee to spend Thanksgiving with Amy’s cousin Rachel. The boys did awesome on the trip. For all the fun details, hit www.legobuff.com.
December- We stayed in Nebraska for Christmas. The boys had a great time with Santa at the Holtmeyer’s (Jamie’s moms side). Amy enjoyed a month off from school and signed on at Midlands for a second prn Respiratory Position.
