Howdy all!

Jamie is sprouting a ‘stache. Yes, folks, it looks ridiculous but since it is for a good cause, I am, begrudgingly (though I say it with a smile) supporting him.

Mustaches for Kids Omaha is local chapter of Mustaches for Kids, a volunteer-run organization started in Los Angeles in 1999 to do good and have fun by growing Mustaches for children’s charities. In 2009, the inaugural year for the Omaha chapter, 30 “growers” raised over $20,000 for a local charity. This year, they have partnered with the Nebraska Children’s Home Society, a local charity that provides no cost adoption, foster care, parenting support, and childcare for families in Nebraska. With 123 registered “growers” the goal this year is to top $33,000 “for the honor of not only Omaha, but the United States of America”.
